EVERYONE should strength train; every person at every age, it’s non-negotiable. Prove me wrong.

Fundamentals to become a better runner: 1. Improve overall fitness; strength train 2-3x/week. 2. Run more; gradually increase overall mileage. 3. Run fast; get comfortable running fast, strides 3x/week is a great place to start.

Kids are not born picky eaters, they are made. Offer your kids fruits and vegetables at every meal. Offer something new paired with something you know they enjoy. Offer foods they don’t like often but don’t pressure them to eat it, and try cooking foods different ways.

Stop saying “I wish I had time to workout” and start saying “it’s really not a priority”. No one has the time, we make time for the things that are important to us.
