This survey of radiologists nicely captures current attitudes toward AI: They see huge potential for what it COULD do but mixed opinions about whether current products adequately support their practice. Plenty of work for all of us to do! sciencedirect.com/science/articl… Stanford AIMI

Argument for keeping pattern 3 as prostate cancer: "Because we can't be sure that we haven't missed pattern 4 in the biopsy". Same can now be said of ASAP. Therefore either ASAP is cancer or pattern 3 isn't.

One of the best radiology mice (Logitech G502) is on sale for prime day. Half off. One of the best investments a radiology resident (or faculty) can make is using your own mouse. amzn.to/3Y3DKKc

The interest in new RADS is not slowing down. Latest addition: MSKI-RADS for infections pubs.rsna.org/doi/abs/10.114… Root of this is the coincidence of (1) lack of standardized reporting at many places (2) desire for imaging to steer clinical management

Interesting idea. Is DWI all you need for prostate MRI? I'm skeptical. I feel triplanar T2 still helps me a lot, in particular when deciding between PI-RADS 2 and 4. Definitely worth further investigating. doi.org/10.1093/bjr/tq…

When did medical notes go from this to this? This idea of note bloat is getting a little crazy. Does anyone look at the labs in the actual note? I look at it in the labs section of the chart… so why am i adding it to my note? More quality, less volume. Short and sweet. 📝 🧠
