Day 1 of our Duke of Edinburgh expedition learning lots and building our own bug hotels with the ranger service in Beecraigs. Followed by a scavenger hunt and team building games at Hilly cow Wigwams. Great fun had by all and after a good nights sleep we'll be ready for Day 2.

Day 2 of our expedition and we were really lucky with the weather only getting wet in one short downpour during our campfire this afternoon, didn't dampen the chocolate tasting though! Well done to all the visitors at the Kelpies too as we didn't find much litter on our walk.

We are absolutely delighted to have been reaccredited as a Gold Rights Respecting School, the highest UNICEF UK RRS Award. Highlighted were our ‘caring and nurturing ethos’ and ‘commitment to ensuring all pupils are supported to have a voice’ We couldn’t be prouder!

The secondary department had a fab afternoon with the Growing Together Team from Craigshill Community Team. David gave great advice and support in planting vegetable, flower and herb gardens in our raised beds. West Lothian Council

We had our P7 Graduation yesterday and celebrated the achievements of four of our children who will be moving into S1 after the Summer. We are extremely proud of each of them and excited to see them progress in their Beatlie journey!

It was a week for graduations as our S6 had his leavers assembly today sharing his Beatlie journey with all his family and friends. And what an amazing journey it has been.

We are all ready for our Clowndoctors Birthday Bash on Monday!!! We look forward to seeing lots of our families for some Soccer Aid fun from 10am😃

Wow what a quick first week back and what fun we have all had spending time in our new classes with our new teams.

Glendevon have been trying to make the most of the sunshine this week (as the weather is starting to change) and get out and about in our brilliant Beatlie garden.

We were completing our litter pick today during community time and made sure our playground and school grounds were clean and tidy, welcoming for all.

Fairtrade Bunting - Lomond had fun making up some bunting using rollers wrapped in bubble wrap and using green or blue paint. We painted a whole sheet then cut them into circles to display. #FairtradeFortnight West Lothian Council

We were absolutely delighted to be asked recently by Xcite Craigswood to create some artwork for their brand new cafe 'Nourish' which opened today. The pupils had lots of fun creating their paintings which now have pride of place in the cafe art gallery 🐝😊

Lammermuir have been making the most of the nice weather and taking some of our groups outside! Today we played instruments along to our favourite songs!

We are making our very own Elmer the Elephant in Lammermuir. We used glue to stick on lots of colourful squares.
