Yesterday the District Commissioner visited 9th Barking & Dagenham Scouts to present Jasper with a Commissioners Commendation. Jasper grew his hair and had it cut to donate to Little Princess Trust, while raising over £400 for them. What a fantastic thing to do. Well done Jasper!
