P U M P K I N🙌 bars. I’m not ready to throw away summer, but these are good transition bars. Haha! Made with oatmeal, pumpkin, & no eggs. Recommend adding 2-4 scoops of collagen protein (Vital Proteins ) and use cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips … ift.tt/2PYs8qE

Nashville, remember that one weekend when it didn’t rain?! . . .Also, can we talk Coronavirus? My professional advice: Eat vegetables, fruits, & ditch half the sh!t (processed sugary food) in your pantry. Exercise daily. Breathe deeply. Sleep 7-9 hrs/ni… ift.tt/2TF8ksf
