Our Club Captains @hoylo2 and Val presented a cheque for £48,065 to @actionforat at the annual trophy presentation evening. This is a fantastic sum raised across their year as Captains. The money will fund a new research project taking place at the University of Birmingham.

Our Juniors had a very successful 2024. They won the Fairways Trophy and retained the Kingston League! 6 have represented Surrey and many have enjoyed successes in Junior Opens, the Surrey Rookie Tour and US Kids Tour events. In addition, Jack won the men's 36-hole Annual Cup!

We will remember them. In May 1940, a group of Club members formed Platoon no. 4, C Company of the Home Guard which was stationed at our club from 1940-45. They were based in the card room and used the clubs facilities for training exercises throughout the war.

Our greenkeepers completed their spring maintenance program this week. Approximately 25 tons of sand was used to dress our greens before they were verti-drained at a depth of 220mm. Having been rolled, they were overseeded with a bent fescue seed mix. #Golf #greenkeepers
