A lot of our most effective outreach takes place in the evenings when we engage with young people who may be hard to reach. This clip shows some of our outreach work in Barnet, empowering young people to consider their choice, make better decisions & work out their frustrations.

Each Wednesday we run after-school sessions for students of Haverstock School & on Saturdays we run free sessions for all local youths, ages 12-18. Our young participants learn sparring skills & improve their fitness & stamina whilst also having fun. Get in touch for more info
