A really great webinar today from @DFSDublin and the #WorkEqual campaign around banishing gender stereotypes. As a parent I've been fighting them for years and I'm so pleased to see the next generation trying to solve this.

Today's #WorkEqual event has really tied all these solutions together - gender stereotypes reinforce stereotypical gender roles in caring and only through flexible work and equal and decent pay for both genders can we achieve a more equal and just society.
