Don’t drink bleach; masks don’t mean you can stop social distancing; anti-malarial drugs aren’t a magic cure-all...we had to prioritize.

This is excellent. If you or your loved ones are at risk or the crowds look too crowded, it is an ethical humane and politically conscious act for you to stay home. And bring a box of masks and hand sanitizer if you go!

Many institutions, including mine, are freezing or limiting 401(k), 403(B)+similar contributions. We're leaving serious dollars on the table by not offering employees the option to take the same dollar-reduction in direct salary and to leave these tax-preferred items intact.
