Team Australia have been participating at Chennai Mini worlds in the lead up to #WSDC2019! They enter round six with four wins, with a final round matchup against trans-Tasman rivals NZ Schools Debating! Best of luck to both teams!

Day 1 update!! Team Australia finish on two wins and six ballots after wins against Rwanda and WSDC Team Germany , after a close loss to The Netherlands. Enjoy the photo of team member Ben loving his time at #wsdc2019!!

Rounds 4, 5 & 6 update!! Team Australia has defeated Spain and Macau unanimously on day two of debates, whilst going down to Ireland with a split loss. Stay tuned for rounds 7 and 8 tomorrow!

Round 7: Team Australia defeats Bangladesh on a 2-1 split decision opposing the motion “THW reserve seats in parliament for candidates under 30”

Round 8: We secure a 2-1 split over Denmark to finish with 6 wins after the preliminary rounds!
