Medicare Urgent Care Clinics (UCCs) are easing pressure on hospitals! The first interim evaluation shows: - 14.5 min avg wait (vs 31 min in EDs) - 334K+ ED visits potentially avoided/year - $368 saved per avoided ED visit 75 clinics are open with 50 proposed for faster care.
