Museum events for June & July

We are always open on bank holiday Mondays. Today is no exception, from 11am to 5pm (last entry at 4pm). Come on over to see our fabulous collection of over 100 historic vehicles, model collections and memorabilia. We hope to see you!

The lucky winner of the 1989 Austin Mini 30 anniversary edition - Sue from Swindon, came along on Tuesday to collect her prize. Needless to say, that Sue is absolutely shocked and delighted to have been drawn as the winner of this wonderful car.

British racing Driver Nigel Smith has kindly agreed to come along to the museum to give us a talk on motorsport and present information about his car, that now resides in the museum. He will also have a Q&A session for anyone wanting to attend. Normal museum entry fees apply.

Atwell-Wilson Motor Museum will host a McMillan Coffee Morning on Thursday 20th November between 10am and 1pm. Everyone is welcome to attend. So, get baking and come and join in the fun!

There's still time, but only 2 weeks before our winter shutdown. Our volunteer elves are keen to start working on all the maintenance jobs over our break. We close 5pm Sunday 30th Nov and reopen Sunday 1st February 2026, with new opening times of 10am - 4pm, Tuesday - Sunday
