We NEED to stop glamourising overworking. Please. The absence of sleep, good diet, exercise, relaxation, and time with friends and family isn't something to be applauded. Too many people wear their burnout as a badge of honour. And it needs to change.

Is it just me or the weather has been pretty mad lately? It turns rainy and gloomy in no time, then it could be all sunny and stuff. Rn I’m just wrapping myself up with a throw and laying on tons of pillows to soothe my lazy asses from procrastinating.

Life is fluid, people come and go. Definitely have learnt this the hard way, you’re your own person and never expect from anyone, never cling yourself or grow attachment onto someone especially planting your emotions. This doesn’t mean that you can’t love, but love wisely.

This literally happens everywhere. I can’t remember the last time I was able to walk freely without having the fear of being followed. Even during broad daylight, walking myself to grocery shopping with PROPER DRESSING, I get whistled by drivers that were passing by. #sickening

Can’t remember the last time (prolly last year same period of time) where I have to work at least 14-16 hours per day and my only time that I get to rest is taking shower and toilet break. Busy time for agency indeed, everyone has big ambition to get everything done.

Client servicing, content strategy and planning, analysis report, copywriting - adding up all together is a nut job.

This 2 weeks have been crazy. With the understaffed situation, we are working at least 16 hours per day and my Friday has never been this gloomy.

Felt it and I thought "Oh my god am I fainting" - it did not hit my mind that it was an earthquake and I looked at my water bottle realising that the liquid in there was shaking vigorously... that's when I know it wasn't me
