It’s been feeling pretty magical around here lately.

The last crop of strawberries for the year. Most won’t make it past the hard freeze that’s coming this week. But the plants need the winter’s rest before the can make more beautiful berries again next year.

Staying with a friend who put flowers on my nightstand. ❤️

My dog snuck and buried chicken heads all throughout my garden on Saturday while we butchered them. Now every morning she goes out and digs one up for breakfast. Nature is cool. Gross. But cool.
