Here we can compare my last house and my new home. I bought my new home in Elizabethton TN for $130k and it is valued at $169k now. Taxes are around $350. My old house in Saint Petersburg FL last sold for like $240k and is now valued at $228k. The taxes are $3.2k. Did I do good?

Wow, #Silver spot price broke $85! I started buying it at around $45. Crazy how fast it is climbing. Many people are predicting it will be over $100 per a .999 troy ounce before the year is out, but at this rate it may be way sooner than that.

Not even half way through the month yet and #Silver is over $92! Some people are claiming it may be over $200 before the year is out. I'm a bit more conservative. If we can get to a 1/30 gold to silver ratio then that means we are still over $150 an ounce. We'll see!
