Mrs. Ritter has kindergarten classes this year! Today we explored different types of line and took inspiration from playgrounds and roller coasters to create our own sculptural space! @KG_BakerSchool

Third graders explore architecture by designing their own haunted houses! An added challenge: no pencils or rulers allowed! It’s a practice in perseverance and embracing the unique line quality that gives the drawing that old and spooky feel.

“Miserable Fruit” acrylic painting. 7th graders randomly select an object and mood. They need to think about object placement, color palette and paint application style to respond to their prompts. this seventh grader did an AMAZING job with all three!!

5th grade superpersona sculptures! Students are prompted to take qualities about themselves and “superify” them. Starting with a tin foil skeleton and a model magic skin, this mixed-media project is so much fun!
