Enjoying a crisp September eve along the beautiful coast at Annagassan 7 of our members along with 2 members of the Dromiskin Fit Club ran the Annagassan 10K route for the DKIT Dundalk 10K Virtual Run 2020. Well done to you all, a fantastic sporting spirit and some PBs too.

💙💚💙 STAN'S THE MAN... Remembering a fantastic achievement of one of Ardee's greatest sportsmen, STAN WOODS. 💚🤍💛 35 years ago running for Ireland he came 17th overall, obtaining an impressive personal best of 2:22:10 at The Glasgow Marathon in Scotland.

💙💚💙 Congratulations to Belinda Rogers, Michelle Lynch and Kate Moonan who completed the 💜 VHI virtual Mini Marathon today. Boy were they eager! competitors who signed up for this race have between the 1st and 10th of October to run it... 💪💪💪 Good on ya Ladies, well done.
