To know what to expect from ATDB, we will be sharing with you some of the results of ATDB 2017. - This is Daght, a crisp and funky Ruqaa based typeface for graphic novels and comic books. Designed by the very talented Sarah Saroufim.

Next is Malfouf by the talented Vanessa Diaz inspired by the lettering found on fruits and vegetables. A fresh and beautiful take on the early Arabic forms.

At Arabic Type Design Beirut, we welcome diversity! Different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs. This year's wonderful participants come from Lebanon, Sudan, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Spain, France, Slovenia, Poland and Brazil/US.
