I didn’t know I was a procrastinator until I spent the last hour fiddling with a logo no one will notice instead of working on the core text of a grant. Please send help!🙈🧬

The CHEMINA is growing exponentially…we barely fit in the meeting space now! Today we enjoyed Moon Cakes that Lianxin brought us with our speciality oatmilk cappuccinos to show off our coffee breaks to some special guests!🥮☕️

The CHEMINA has a new postdoc member! Emily comes from a bioelectronics background, using organic materials to build new biosensors. She's excited to take this work a step further by integrating our aptamers into devices for studying the brain and all of its complexity! 🧠🧬

Saying goodbye to summer students and welcoming the new! Last time we had a team dinner we were a group of four. Now we have to pre-reserve to find a long enough table for fondue! 🫕🥂🍾
