It's an awesome feeling when you see customers start building on top your platform. Wilson Wilson is really onto something, and he's shipping FAST 💥

Humbled to see that Fernand is listed amongst the likes of Intercom, Zendesk, Helpscout and other gigantic players as an integration for launch. Wilson is building something unique, and I think we might be seeing an incredible success story in the making. Exciting!

I'm the one that picked all 365 images for our inbox zero UI in 2025, yet I'm always amazed at how my brain fights through the inbox to get things treated and know which picture will show today I'm not even an inbox zero kind of guy The human brain is so easy to manipulate

I'm reading Zendesk's founder biography Funny enough, a lot of what he originally imagined for Zendesk 18 years ago is remarkably close to what we're now building with Fernand. Back to the basics. No clutter. A sense of craft. No enterprise BS. What happened?

Agreeing with Philippe here. Superhuman is making $35M ARR, but raised $108M total. With the current SaaS M&A multiples they are barely paying back a 2-3x to their VCs. Not really the unicorn exit they'd dream of🤷‍♂️

Such a nice way to start the day — reading a message from a customer that truly gets what we've built and getting value from our service is so, so cool Super energized to keep making it better ☀️

7. Fernand I handle all my support with Fernand, the "Calm customer support". The DX is incredible, pricing is very generous, and it keeps evolving constantly. Bonus: you can do EVERYTHING with keyboard shortcuts, I love that

Dago just casually added 15k of MRR in a single month. If you are still not doing founder led sales, I don't know what other push you need.

.Antoine Minoux is an incredibly talented founder, building both Fernand and ImprovMX while working at Yelp. We chatted about his process behind building ImprovMX, the delight he aims for with Fernand, and so much more in the new Milestones video. Link below 👇

On the importance of UI copy.. if it's "accepted", does this suggest my baggage had any chance to be "refused"? What would happen then? Probably poor translation from the team at Lufthansa but these are the kind of details that we should sweat more as product designers.
