Performing a light job before stretching can be beneficial because it can help increase blood flow to the muscles and warm them up, making them more pliable and less prone to injury during stretching. #antepes #StrengthTraining #musclerunners #runningform #running

The Wickets Drill is designed to help runners improve their form and technique by driving their knees up and increasing a proper stride length without over-striding. Form is First. Drive the knee up and forward to clear the wickets. Start with low wickets first. #antepes

ANTEPES Muscle Runners Here’s what stood out to one of our testers about the muscle runners 👇 Responsive cushioning in the forefoot for a smooth transition into each stride. Elevated Heel helps with posture and cadence. Keeping a forward lean and driving my knees up.

Data comparing the antepes Muscle Runners to the Nike Ja Fly 4 spikes in a 20m block start. While I did expect to run faster in the spikes, I was pleasantly surprised to see the Muscle Runners performed quite well. The Antepes showed greater stride length and flight

Testing. BOTH Good for Training Toes. They are Different. Overall I like the antepes better than the Nikes. More versatile and likely Faster. But I will say these Nikes are very good for training the Toes. Trust me. It Helps to have Perfect Balance when evaluating

If you want to keep intensities lower while still doing something other than tempo, density sets are a good way to go. Today I set a timer for 20 minutes and ran as many 60’s as I wanted/could with walk back rest, up a 3-4 degree incline at a sub max pace. I followed this up

Building sprint capacity & gradually intensifying. 3x4x60m -2x4 with 300g thigh and 200g calf loading -1x4 with no load -2min between reps, 5-6 min between sets -MB throws, 30m drills, and bodyweight strength to finish #sprinting #sprinttraining

As a high intensity training enjoyer, I know the benefits of running fast, resting adequately, etc. What often gets missed though is that if you intensify too soon, you risk cutting off the height of the peak achieved. This applies both within a season and over a career. Great
