With the split season, how about a 32 county comp with all Ring, Rackard, McDonagh & Meaghar teams up against intermediate teams from McCarthy teams? Could only improve teams from those comps & give them chance to play against the big teams. Pre-season instead of Kehoe/Walsh Cups
