I’m so upset 😭 I just feel so crappy lately due to my diabetes and I think they misdiagnosed the type I have. No one will listen to me.

My blood sugar is 18/mmol or 324/mg & climbing. I haven’t been able to keep anything down in days, I’m shaking uncontrollably, yet they are trying to blame it on me by saying I’m not following dietary instructions even though I’m following them to a tee. Oh well, I’ll just suffer
