Reading closely text of Medicaid work requirement in McCarthy bill and this is kind of shocking: it applies to the entire Medicaid program ie c. 90 million people. States have to check everyone and explicitly exempt them. It is NOT limited to the Medicaid expansion group.

People need to understand “vulnerable populations” aren’t groups at the bottom or far away from you. At the rate the way the state is completely dismantling public health measures & abandoning the most marginalized, pretty soon EVERYONE will become VULNERABLE. That means YOU.
