Hello people in my phone … do you want to see something cool? Today we finished our final piece of written work in Year 2, publishing their own fables, based on the ace book ‘The Empty Pot’ by Demi, into awesome little exploding books.

Finishing up at St Lukes Marsden Park tomorrow. What a crazy journey it’s been from a humble 300 Ss playing in the carpark as the only area we had available. Not sure words can do my emotions justice but building the plane as we flew it taught me things I’ll be reflecting on for a lifetime.

Two weeks into my new role as REC at St John’s Riverstone. I’ve been blown away by the smiling faces, good mornings and welcoming community. It’s been a big change for me but I’m feeling very grateful at the end of week 2.
