What does Actionable feedback look like? Actionable feedback could be direct points given to an employee to improve on a presentation or it could be feedback that a manager is not going to take action on a topic and leave it up to the employee. #leadership

Always. Being a leader is not a job it’s a way of life. You are either all in all the time or you are not a leader. Always consider your actions and be aware of those who look to you for guidance. #leadership Uniti Group

Authentic. Should be the easiest #leadership attribute to master. Some of us have been trained to be someone else at work. Bring yourself to work and things become easier...trying to be something you are not is counterproductive. Uniti Group

Accessible. Being in #leadership means being accessible to your people. During the crisis this has either been hard or easy depending on the tech tools you have. Either way you still need to provide access when people need it. Uniti Group

Always being a leader can be hard. Keep this in mind as you strive for that promotion. Leading people is a responsibility not a reward. If you are not up to the task don’t strive for it. Uniti Group #leadership

Always be Accessible to those you intend to lead while providing Authentic and Actionable feedback that moves them forward with positive momentum. #leadership
