Looking to buy a new car. Visited Marshall Volkswagen twice this week. First time looked at a few cars on forecourt and scanned QR codes on cars. No one came out to ask if I needed any assistance…….

Revisited today and went in to showroom. Receptionist on her mobile didn’t even acknowledge us and although we were clearly interested in looking at vehicles, again no one offered any help. Poor showing from Marshall Volkswagen. Went to Audi and bought an A1.
