I have written a piece named 'Esgyn Soar' for this concert. Having enjoyed having the opportunity to write it for James McVinnie & the organ Theatr Soar, through @TyCerdd_org's CoDi programme, I'm really looking forward to hearing it (& all of the other pieces) in the flesh.

This morning's stimulating workshop on Derrida's 'Mal d'Archive', has made me look forward even more to tomorrow's seminar, 'Archive overheating' at Maison Française d'Oxford in partnership with Digital Scholarship @ Oxford. tinyurl.com/ycx86pav #digitalhumanities #archive #criticaltheory #digitalhistory

A delight to hear John Turner bringing the #recorder to life on BBC Radio 3 breakfast with Petroc Trelawny. A lovely man & dedicated patron of #newmusic. He was the first concert musician to ask me to write him a piece: ‘From Castle Hill’, now on ‘The Nostalgic Recorder’ disc.

Today’s the last day to register for Digital Humanities at Oxford Summer School ‘23: I found the introductory strand (it’s much richer than the title would suggest) a transformative experience back in 2012 (and now I convene a strand, so make of that what you will!)! #digitalhumanities #dh #archives #training

Here are a few pictures of Dr Megan Gooch and David De Roure introducing towardsdigitalcollections.org at the Towards a National Collection #UnlockingCollections conference. It's a new resource we (many!) have been working on to help collections institutions on their journey towards digital collections.
