Today, 61 graduates will become the first to earn Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from Texas Tech. Among that group, 95% will go on to serve rural and regional communities. Their placements will begin to fulfill the purpose for which Texas Tech School of Veterinary Medicine was established.
