AST’s statement that “AST SpaceMobile is not transmitting in the 430–440 MHz band on the BB1s or BW3” is demonstrably incorrect. Independent sources such as SatNOGS confirm frequent reception of AST signals from its launch until well into 2025. The claim is therefore either
