The state of Montana has tabled trans rep Zooey Zephyr's bill, HB552, that bans the gay/trans panic defense. They literally think it should be legal to kill a trans person if you are romantic with them and suddenly discover they are trans. Despicable.

Oh this is TRASH The Scholastic book fair was life changing for so many of our us. It’s sad to see them caving to actual fascism. Queer kids deserve to see themselves. Children from all races/ identities deserve to feel the thrill of discovering a story that speaks to their soul
