Agreed Delta Model Lawyer is needed! By law students AND practicing legal professionals. AND "getting there"? It is a team sport. #LegalEd certainly has its role to play. But not alone. WITH the practice, industry, tech. We go faster and farther together to #makelawbetter.
So today Alyson Carrel spent the day in Nashville with me and shared the Delta Model Lawyer with @poli_vls #legalproblemsolving students and can I just say how TOTALLY AWESOME this day was? It is possible there also was #hotchicken involved.

Fantastic and well-deserved review of Sarah Lawsky's new article "Teaching Algorithms and Algorithms for Teaching." Highly recommended for anyone thinking hard about law teaching. Few think as hard about it, and few do it as well as she. Northwestern Law taxprof.typepad.com/taxprof_blog/2…
