Very triggered by a remark from a family member speculating that a victim of #csa cdnt have been abused bcs they were so supportive of the abuser 🙄🙄 Positive feelings towards an abuser does NOT constitute proof their innocence. Think before you speak to a victim 🙏🙏🙏

Narcissistic abuse can cause physical brain damage. When victims constantly feel unsafe the amygdala is activated creating a fight or flight response. This can lead to PTSD, phobias, & panic attacks, due to an enlarged amygdala that has become used to living in a state of fear.
