The full data has been released by London Elects and I've done some digging.

In areas the Tories won, the turnout is up 6.5k votes.

In areas the Labour party won, the turnout is down ~42k votes.

Only a small swing is required for Khan to lose.

Election counts should take place overnight asap once polls close. Prompt is good - both for transparency and trust, and as an engaging, exciting process.
