New deadlift PR: 525lbs! Drop sets 480x2x2 465x2x2 Bench 240x4 260x4 245x4+(8) Dips +20lbs 4x10 Had to cut it short after that. Heading out to get ready for a DMR match tomorrow.

Just finished the DMR match with Luau. I got 7th and Luau got 8th overall out of 46 shooters. We were at a big advantage on 2 stages because we ROed. Had a ton of fun! Surprised how well I did with 5.56 against fancier calibers.

High handle trap bar deadlifts 495x5 520x5 535x5 Strict press. My left tricep is aggravated from something, not sure. Only managaed one rep on the top set this week. 175x1 165x3 160x4 155x5 DB side bends 50x4x15 Tank push/drag 60ft, 4 reps each @ resistance 3.
