To the drone legal eagles out there, one for maybe Blakiston's Chambers - Drone & Counter Drone Law, Brendan Schulman & Gareth Corfield to consider, but isn't Schedule 10 in the Air Traffic Management & Unmanned Aircraft Bill allowing a neighbour to have you fined and drone seized if they don't like the noise?

I like my life, would probably keep doing the same job. I'd get a nicer house, make sure my parents had everything they needed. Oh also I'd buy Gatwick Airport and force them to release internally held information about the drone incident and prove it was a mass hysteria event.

Approved Drone Pilots (@adp_admin) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The evidence all suggests Gatwick was just mass hysteria as it’s highly likely no drone was ever there. Was there an underlying other reason for the actions taken, internal systems failure? We’ll possibly never know, but it’s unlikely it was a drone #gatwick #gatwickgate

Hey Hillingdon Council Council! Why are you banning qualified, trained, insured, commercial drone pilots from filming? I would have thought it was the untrained, uninsured, non-commercial pilots that were an issue? Where's the logic? Rules need an update. UK Civil Aviation Authority UAVHive Approved Drone Pilots

And I was informed that if I 'circumvent' the rules by legally flying from private land, that my client would be penalised by the council.

A council that's genuinely shaped an anti-drone policy based off Gatwick that has grounded virtually any commercial operation. One for Blakiston's Chambers - Drone & Counter Drone Law to consider and maybe worthy of a story for The Register Gareth Corfield?

Hey. UK Civil Aviation Authority, why on the now closed DroneSafe website is a commercial entity being recommended. Have they paid for that advertisement? Were others offered the opportunity? If not, why are they there? They don’t represent the commercial side of UK UAV ops so answers please.

Shocked to hear of #UK commercial drone pilots being attacked, likely due to the wholly unjustified negative press drones get. Darrell Mills 🔄 (Human) is hopefully going to have chance to detail some of the recent attacks he's had on sUAS News tonight on YouTube at 10pm.

According to openDemocracy the #UK government spent half a million pounds on lawyers to fight FOI disclosures over the last 5 years. It's pretty shocking transparency is being fought off at such a cost.

. KentOnline @dronedeskuk @P13DigitalMedia Chris Britcher Kent Online/C Britcher, what a poorly researched piece of trash biased journalism your drone article is. Please do some actual research before printing such scaremongering rubbish, especially concerning Gatwick #dronesforgood

The Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner's office has confirmed that Katy Bourne OBE hasn't even been provided with a description of what the #Gatwick #drone looked like. How can £790,208 be spent and no one even knows what colour the drone was? whatdotheyknow.com/request/an_off…

Apparently Sussex Police (Katy Bourne OBE) tried to get central government to cover the cost of this farce? The claim was denied as incompetent policing isn’t grounds for a special grant!

Approved Drone Pilots Katy Bourne OBE If I was a Commissioner overseeing a force that had spent nearly £800k I'd be demanding to have the files on my desk. I'd have the description of the drone with the press so it could be reported if seen again.
