msg.sender is not the owner of the contract. msg.sender gives the address who ever interact with your contract or its functions.

Difference between calldata and memory is 1-We use calldata for defining variables in function arguments. 2-When we don't want to change the variable value we use calldata it is gas efficient 3- calldata variables can be directly called in other functions within the same contract
