If you’re struggling to connect with the hyperactivity part of your #ADHD diagnosis, try looking at hyperactivity as inner restlessness & impatience instead. Hyperactivity can be internalised & can also look very similar to anxiety.

My #ADHD meds storage checklist;  • stored at room temperature (20–22°C or 68–72°F) • stored away from heat, not near the oven in a kitchen • stored away from moisture, not in a bathroom cabinet It may not be a dosage issue, it may be a storage issue.
