🌡️ 🌍 "If there is one thing that unites our divided world, it’s that we’re all increasingly feeling the heat." United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres recently launched a call to action to address extreme heat.

As stated in our African Shifts report, the current trajectory in global emissions leads to increasingly severe heat, undermining livelihoods and making parts of Africa less habitable in the coming decades. This will result in increased human mobility.
