Según portavoz de Policía de PR, el arma que apuntaron a manifestantes de la UIA está autorizada por federales que supervisan la reforma policial. Están fuera de contexto, arma menos letal que se autorice en ciertas circunstáncias no es carta blanca para intimidar manifestantes.

The PR government and LUMA must take immediate action to restore full power in southwest regions of PR. That we still have towns that are 100% without electricity and others substantially without power is beyond comprehension given the economic resources made available to LUMA.
