We are now officially keeping track of how many times United Airlines serves the same meal from Maui. I am now up to 156 times for Chicken Katsu over the past two yrs. Apparently the chef has not learned how to cook anything else in those years. Got to do better for GS!!

First time in a long time United Airlines Global Service screwed up. Didn’t protect our seats, didn’t rebook. A bit of last minute work clawed back seats different flight later in the morning. Our bags & two upgrades into our previous seats left this morning. Not happy.

I did talk with GS & they goofed up. Purchased not upgraded. The upgrade came for others into our seats that United gave away.
