Uganda now has a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vietnam that covers areas of technology transfer, research and capacity building. The MoU was signed by Agriculture Minister Hon. Frank K Tumwebaze,MP: Isaiah 41: 11 in the presence of H.E Yoweri K Museveni and H.E Nguyen Xuan Phuc of Vietnam.
