One year since I started this account in a manic episode. Time to celebrate (that we're okay now).

big milestone: im off the anti-psychotics. lets hope for a quiet year with good mental health

my ambition this year is to stay sane and keep my family happy, everything else feels like a side project

feel a little afraid of tweeting. if i feel an urge to tweet is that healthy? or am i sliding back into insanity?

can you avoid feelings by talking about those feelings with others?
