Brazil urged #Armenia to explore the feasibility of the #Aghdam-#Khankendi route for humanitarian access to #Karabakh. If the 🇦🇲n residents are really in need for daily necessities, for this purpose the 🇦🇿i side has offered Aghdam-Khankendi&other routes.

Albania 🇦🇱 has also suggested to explore the proposed use of the #Aghdam-#Khankendi road. The efforts for durable #peace btw #Azerbaijan & #Armenia have become a hostage to Armenia’s policy of deliberate tension & revanchism, and face serious challenges.

📍 In 1993, #UN SC passed 4 resolutions condemning the ethnic cleansing & invasion of #Azerbaijan’s territories by #Armenia & demanding the withdrawal of 🇦🇲 troops. Yet for 3 decades nothing was done to force of Armenia to comply with international law.
