The BMA supports the NHS England Sexual Safety in Healthcare Charter Our Sexism in Medicine report found that 42% couldn’t report incidents. This Charter aligns with The BMA Ending Sexism in Medicine Pledge calling for robust policies on sexual harassment & codes of conduct.
