This world literally forces you to develop an abrasive side to your personality; because the amount of people who try to mistreat you if you’re not privy to the different ways people can be manipulated, is sad 😂.

I decided that I wasn’t going to let the inconsideration and selfishness of others deregulate my nervous system, and so I stopped suppressing myself & bottling my emotions/ thoughts. I won’t develop an auto-immune disorder because I kept silent whilst my body is screaming at me.

Fun fact. People WILL/do lie about their thoughts and feelings regarding something pertaining to you and gaslight you!
