A really important question asked at #A11yUK about how accessibility and intersectionality are related. Disabled people aren't just disabled, and we need to consider race, gender, sexuality and socioeconomic status as well.

Change the culture of your company to one that values accessibility. Train your developers. Teach employees how to produce accessible docs. Make sure your social team knows about alt text and captions. Make access an expectation but give employees the resources to succeed. #GAAD
