I love that feeling when you talk stuff out with someone and u both become aware that neither of u were wrong. You just saw the scenario differently. Talking really should be about seeing things from both perspectives, rather than the need to be right.

Cuando alguien fallece pasan años y creemos que lo hemos superado. Pero entonces llega algo, un olor, un sonido, un lugar, una palabra, y todo estalla. Y entonces eres consciente de que sólo nos acostumbramos a esa falta pero nunca aprendemos a vivir sin ella.

I just saw this qoute that said “i’m glad we don’t talk anymore but I still think about you on your birthday” there're so many people I outgrew, lost connection with, or cut ties with but I always remember them on their birthday and I probably will, for the rest of my life.
