If you look at the schedule of a massive body builder, they spend more time resting and eating than they do working out. This is a reminder to schedule in your rest and relaxation throughout your week. Don’t get sucked in to hustling 16hrs a day to achieve your goals.

My path in tech has shown that you don’t truly learn something until it breaks and you have to fix it. What makes a good problem solver is staying calm, embracing the problem, and learn to“lean into it”. The more you stress and force a solution the further you get from it.
