Please, please, please expand the thinking beyond āhip anglesā and āhormonesā. Weāve had 30,000 research papers published since the ā90s, all with a biological/anatomical focus AND ACL INJURY RATES FOR WOMEN HAVE NOT CHANGED. Letās do something different bjsm.bmj.com/content/55/17/ā¦
Iām sorry but there is no single smoking š« for ACL tears - not just one cause. It is a combo of factors & likely different for every player. To get serious about preventing them invest in the womenās game - from development to access to resources to facilities to pay to research
